  • Q. When will my lawn be serviced?
    A. We will service your lawn within 3 business days, excluding bank holidays.

  • Q. Do I have to be home when you mow my lawn?
    A. You do not have to be home when we service your lawn. Just be sure that we have access to the areas that you want mowed and that your pets are safely inside.

  • Q. Can I pay with a check?
    A. At this time, we are set up to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Check or ACH payments are not available payment options.

  • Q. Can I pay in cash when you get to my house?
    A. In order to get on the schedule, payment must be made at the time service is requested online.

  • Q. Is my credit card information safe?
    A. Absolutely! Your card data is never stored or saved on our servers.

  • Q. What if I mow my own lawn but I just need someone to mow it once for me while I'm away; do I have to sign up for a monthly plan?
    A. With 813Landscape, we have options to meet the unique needs of all of our customers. You can order a 1-time service if that's all that you need right now. You can order on your own schedule and pay-as-you-go, or you can sign up for our monthly basic plan or the monthly full service plan.
